Mr. Lim Siang Hock, Simon is the founder of STL Wira Construction & Co-Founder of Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd. He has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering especially in building construction. During his involvement in construction industry, he has been managed several housing construction, high rise construction and infrastructure construction projects with notable and public listed companies, namely SP Setia, Johor Land, Bertam Properties, Plenitude, Dialog Group, DKLS Berhad, etc.
Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (With Honours) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in year 2001 and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Univerisiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in year 2003. Currently he is furthured his study in DBA (Doctorare of Business Administration) in Univesity of Information, Technology and Management, Rzeszow, Poland.
With his entrepreneurial vision and strategic leadership skills, he is focused on growing the core businesses of the Group and resulted in a sustained period of growth in revenues and earnings in each of its core businesses.
Lee Chuo Huong (Alfred Lee)

Mr. Lee Chuo Huong, Alfred is the Co-Founder of Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (With Honours) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in year 2001. He has over 24 years of experience in civil engineering.
After Mr. Lee graduated from UTM in 2001, he joined one of listed company in Malaysia namely Muhibbah Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd. During his tenure in Muhibbah Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, he managed few major projects in Cambodia including Phnom Penh International Airport Runway Widening Project, Border Post Building and Facilities Project at Bavet, Cambodia, Sihanuolke Ville International Airport project etc.
In Oct 2012, he joined STL Wira Construction as a business partner cum project manager. With his strong site experience and management skills in construction project, company can deliver every awarded project on time and undertake more incoming projects. In July 2014, Mr. Lee and Mr. Simon decided to establish a new construction company namely IDEALBUILD ENGINEERING SDN BHD in order to expand the construction business.
Lee Hon Mun (Raymond)
Co-Founder of Ideabuild ID Sdn Bhd

Mr Lee Hon Mun, Raymond is the co-founder of Idealbuild ID Sdn Bhd and is responsible for interior design and renovation for bungalow. He holds a Diploma in Building Technology and a Certificate in Building Technology with Tunku Abdul Rahman University College
He has been in the construction industry since 2002 where he commenced work as a Site Supervisor in Keringat Sdn Bhd, leaving in 2006 to join Castment Sdn Bhd as a Senior Site Supervisor. In 2008, he was appointed as Director of Pakata Teguh Mesra Sdn Bhd before leaving to join YHY Resources Sdn Bhd in 2015. During his directorship with at YHY Resources Sdn Bhd, he was responsible for overseeing the building construction projects. He left YHY Resources Sdn Bhd in 2019 to be one of the co-founder of Idealbuild ID Sdn Bhd where he is responsible for the operation and business development for interior design and renovation.
Khat Chee Hon (Patrick)
Project Director of Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd

Mr Khat Chee Hon, Patrick was appointed as Project Director in Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2020 and is responsible for manufacturing and construction of precast concrete in Malaysia and Singapore.
He graduated by obtaining Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and has more than 15 years of related experiences. He started his career in the construction industry in year 2004 with his appointment as Site Engineer with Kimlun Group. Thereafter, he was transferred to SPC Industries Sdn Bhd and in charged for the manufacturing and sale of precast concrete in Singapore market. In March 2018, he joined GMBH Company and based in Singapore in order to provide engineering solution for precast concrete industries in South East Asian region.
