Introduction of Idealbuild

Idealbuild Group first started its construction business under the name of STL Wira Construction (SWC), and it was founded and incorporated by Civil Engineer Mr. Lim Siang Hock (Simon) in 15th July 2009. SWC’s core business mainly involved in RC structure work, finishing work and infra works for housing projects.

Over the years, SWC had experienced considerable growth by completed numerous success projects and maintaining excellent relationship with existing clients. However, Mr. Lim was not satisfied with the existing state of affairs and he expected that company can expand aggressively and perform excellently. So, Mr. Lim decided to strengthen the company by partnered with another experienced civil engineer Mr. Lee Chuo Huong. Then, STL Wira Construction was consolidated to form Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd (IDB) in 8th July 2014 with the original team.

With this dedicated and experienced team, Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd has expanded the construction business to building works in high rise property and IBS precast. In order to make the company perform smoothly, Idealbuild Engineering Sdn Bhd categorize its core business into 3 departments, namely

  • High Rise Building Department (Condominium, Serviced Apartment, etc)
  • Landed Property Department (Terrace House, Factory, School, Bungalow, etc)
  • IBS (Precast) Department (Tunnelling Segment, Pre-Stressed Product, RC Product, etc)

The company currently has an educated, dedicated, and skilled team to lead the project to successfully complete on time with proven result. The team consists of with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Supervisor (C&S), Site Safety Officer and Construction Workers.

 

Few years later, Idealbuild Group saw the potentials demand in the architectural and design works. After deep consideration, management team decided to expand its construction business to Interior Design (ID) or renovation works by partnered with another experienced architectural designer – Mr Raymond. Therefore, Idealbuild ID Sdn Bhd (IID) was formed in Oct 2019 to cater this expansion works.

Idealbuild ID Sdn Bhd (IID) is a one stop interior design and renovation company for bungalows. IID’s services covered Architectural Drawing & Interior Design, Space Planning, Building Plan Submission, Project Management & Coordination, and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) of Building Handover.

Despite of tough time through MCO period in 2020 & 2021, Idealbuild group continue with its business expansion to become a Property Developer. Thus,in 29th Nov 2021, Idealbuild Development was established to carry out our own housing developemnet. Our inaugural project is located at Tanjung Gemuk, Mukim Endau, Pahang. This is a mixed develpment which comprised from shophouse, terrace house and semi-D.
